We meet over video, so you can join from anywhere. Sessions last about an hour and focus on what’s most useful that day. Some packages include WhatsApp or call support between sessions for extra accountability.

Most clients leave with more clarity, confidence, and follow-through. Coaching doesn’t give you answers — it helps you find your own and actually act on them.

Once sessions begin, refunds aren’t available. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. But anything less is charged at full rate. Sessions are paid for at the time of booking. Flexibility’s fine; commitment still matters.
